Get into the holiday “spirits” at the 3rd annual Newtown Holiday Cocktail Trail, sponsored by Johnson, Kendall & Johnson (JKJ), on Saturday, November 22 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

During this event, ticketholders will enjoy sample-size holiday cocktails at a wide variety of Newtown Borough shops, where they can find the perfect gifts for everyone on their holiday shopping list.

The trail will begin at the Newtown Theatre, 120 North State Street, where ticketholders will pick up their glasses and a trail “passport.” The passport will list each stop on the trail and any promotions the shops are offering that day. Passports will also highlight Borough restaurants, which participants are encouraged to patronize while traversing the trail.

“The Holiday Cocktail Trail has become a Newtown tradition, serving not only as a theatre fundraiser but also encouraging people to shop and eat locally,” said Andrew Smith, executive director of the Newtown Theatre. “All money raised from this event will help support our non-profit theatre.”

A limited number of tickets go on sale October 1 at TheNewtownTheatre.com for $50 per person. All participants must be 21+ to purchase tickets and participate in the trail.
